At Matchy Matchy Sewing Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sewing supplies and home goods. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your project, we offer returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unwashed, and uncut condition, as we cannot accept returns for fabric or notions that have been altered.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization and the shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to our studio using a tracked shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
